● Card on File A valid card on file is required to book and secure all appointments. ● Deposits A NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required to book and will be applied toward your service total. ● Cancellation / Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. ● Late Cancellations Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service price. ● Same-Day Cancellations Appointments canceled on the same calendar day as the appointment will be charged 100% of the service price, regardless of the time canceled. ● Unconfirmed Appointments Appointment confirmations are sent as a courtesy. Failure to confirm does NOT cancel your appointment. Clients remain responsible for their scheduled appointment. ● No-Shows Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment will be charged 100% of the service price. This charge is NONREFUNDABLE. ● Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, the appointment may be shortened or canceled at the esthetician’s discretion. ● Brazilian Maintenance Must be booked within 4–6 weeks of your last wax. Hair should be at least the length of a grain of rice. ● Over 6 Weeks Since Last Wax If it has been 6+ weeks since your last wax or hair is too long, the appointment will be upgraded to a full Brazilian at full price. ● Policy Agreement By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. ☆ Questions?
