Cancellation Policy
● Card on File: A valid card on file is required to book and secure all appointments.
● Deposits: A NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required to book. This applies toward your service.
● No-Shows: Will be charged the remaining balance of the service or 100% if on a recurring schedule. This charge is NONREFUNDABLE.
● Unconfirmed Appointments: You are still responsible for your appointment, even if not confirmed. No-shows will be charged per the policy above.
● Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be shortened or canceled at the esthetician’s discretion based on availability.
● Brazilian Maintenance: Must be booked within 4–6 weeks of your last wax. Hair should be at least the length of a grain of rice.
● Over 6 Weeks Since Last Wax: If it’s been 6+ weeks, or if hair is too long for maintenance, your appointment will be upgraded to a full Brazilian at full price.
